Fresh new flavors for you to savor are at Haru! Try our latest menu, including our new King Crab Fried Rice: Alaskan King Crab, chopped vegetables, egg, garlic butter, soy sauce, sesame and scallion. Another new favorite is our Spicy Pork Belly Fried Rice: Crispy Chashu pork belly, chopped vegetables, egg, garlic butter, soy sauce, sesame and scallion, finished with hot chili sauce. Or, roll in and try our King Crab & Beef Tataki Roll: Alaskan King Crab, avocado, tempura crunch and lemon chili mayo rolled and topped with Beef Sirloin Tataki. Finished with lemon chili mayo, hot sesame oil, crispy shallot, shaved scallion and coarse sea salt. Sure to become an instant favorite is our Pork Belly Bao: Crispy Pork Belly steambuns, Granny Smith apple, cilantro, crispy shallot and black plum hoisin sauce.

Finish off your meal with our Yuzu Meringue Tart: Housemade Yuzu custard, sugar cookie tart shell, toasted marshmallow meringue, pomegranate ginger sauce.

How about a fresh new cocktail or three to sip on? Our bar is shaking up new favorites like Samurai Sour: Wild Turkey Whiskey is shaken with fresh lemon sour and topped with red wine. Also new to our menu is our Kappa Rita: Astral Tequila is shaken with cucumber, ginger liqueur, lime juice and agave nectar. Last but not least, Hitachino Red Rice Ale: Brewed by Kiuchi Brewery in Japan using a red rice from ancient times. Stop in and taste the season’s new flavors.
